Good 24hrs – 20070510
Wow. What a good 24hrs!!
Lovely BBQed steaks for dinner yesterday, and a really nice motel, that has really comfortable beds. A decent school today, good students, relevantly easy setup compared to the rest of the week (admittedly we had to do it in 2 hrs instead of 3 due to an error on the teachers behalf, which meant not blackout, but it was sufficiently dark anyway, and finishing an hour earlier!). Some nice students who came and talked to us during lunch, and helped pack up. Oh, and being in Kiama, we visited the blowholes. “The Blowhole” was a bit of a flop, and nothing like I remembered… Probably because I could more clearly remember “The Little Blowhole”. I remembered it very clearly, and it didn’t disappoint, giving of an awesome show! I even got to Cristen my camera with a sprinkling of Salt water at one stage! Admittedly I didn’t get too many great shots because I wasn’t using my tripod, and at one stage after changing memory cards, forgot to change the exposure compensation again. Still, it was an awesome display, and I didn’t mind get wet one bit, considering how close I was to the blowhole! (Sorry Parents, I know you said not to go close, but that was like 9 years ago!). And the country side around here is beautiful, if I imagined what Country England looked like, this fits very close! Rock walls, lush green hills, english looking houses, etc etc. It’s probably because the English settled this area!! 
To top off the last 24hrs, we are now driving to Canberra, for a day off tomorrow, and a lovely weekend, including some rock climbing with Matt!!

Long Time no see when you were at my school in kiama then.
and your welcome for the help packing up.
Wanna know one thing you forgot todo, Take a Photo of the Kiama High Schools old lighting desk with the pull levers. Which mind you is still in use today, and i ended up getting electricuted by it the other week.
